Control RRP

In order to increase your profit on our products, compliance with the company's anti-dumping policy is a mandatory requirement.
The following rules must be accepted by KOSSER Partners as mandatory conditions:
Recommended retail prices (RRP) are considered to be the prices listed on this website.
The conditions for compliance with the RRP apply to the entire range of the KOSSER brand.

“Dumping” is the sale of our goods at specially reduced prices. Prices are lower than the recommended retail price set by the company on the market. The discrepancy between the price tag (discount of any denomination) at retail outlets and the prices on a given online store is the occurrence of RRP dumping.
Dumping is not a situation if, during the bidding process, the client is given a discount (for the volume of purchase, etc.).

If retail outlets are found not to comply with the RRP, sanctions will be applied, namely:

• in case of a one-time violation of the rules by the Client, a telephone call or an official letter is sent with a warning about the violation of the RRC and the company’s requirement to eliminate the violation as soon as possible (1-2 days). It is also reported that if the rules are violated again, the client will be disconnected from the opportunity to receive the goods until he corrects the established RRP;
• systematic violation of dumping rules of the RRC (more than 2 warning letters or calls), are disconnected from shipments of goods for a period of two weeks;
• blocking satellites of violating clients;
• increasing wholesale purchase prices for systematic violators of dumping rules;

To apply sanctions to malicious violators of these conditions, please report cases of dumping identified, indicating a link to a site with reduced prices by email. address: mail@kosser.ua.
