- Water towel warmers made of stainless steel for open heating systems: 24 months (for closed heating systems - 120 months).
- Electric towel warmers: 60 months.

The right to free warranty service is provided by a warranty card, which states:
- Product model.
- Date of sale.
- Information about the seller.
Return and exchange policy
We are committed to customer satisfaction and you have the right to return or exchange our products within 14 days of purchase.Please consider the following conditions:
- The product must not be used and must not have signs of use, such as scratches, chips or wear.
- The product must be fully assembled, and the integrity of the packaging must not be violated.
- All labels and markings must be preserved.
Cases when the guarantee is not provided The guarantee may be refused in cases where:
- There is mechanical damage caused by negligent actions of the buyer or third parties.
- Violated the rules of use specified in the operating instructions.
- Unauthorized repair, opening or alteration of the internal communications and components of the product, as well as a change in the design or scheme of the product has been performed.
- The warranty card was filled out incorrectly.
- Damage from electrochemical corrosion.
- Accidental damage caused by the customer or as a result of careless treatment or improper operation (including exposure to liquid, dust, ingress of foreign objects, etc.).
- Damage as a result of natural disasters.
- Damage due to an emergency increase or decrease in voltage in the power grid or incorrect connection to the power grid.
- Damage caused by defects in the system in which our product was used, including the lack of water circulation in the heated towel rail, which occurred due to a violation of the technological process of assembling and installing the product.
