Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday. Usually, if you place your order before 14:00, we will ship it on the same day. When placing an order, our managers will immediately coordinate the delivery time with you.
Attention! In connection with the war in Ukraine, the shipping time may increase, and the speed of delivery of goods will depend on the situation in a specific region, usually about 2-3 days.

Free delivery from KOSSER in Ukraine
We offer free delivery within Ukraine for orders over 4,000 hryvnias, which are paid before shipping. If the value of your order is less than 4,000 hryvnias, the carrier's tariffs apply.
Delivery to the address - according to the carrier's tariffs.
Please note that if the towel warmer storage period at the Nova Poshta transport company warehouse expires, the towel warmer will be re-sent at the buyer's expense.

☑️ Delivery by the logistics company "Nova Poshta"- Free! We work with a reliable carrier "Nova Poshta". The delivery time is usually 1-2 days.
Importantly! In the warehouse of transport companies, the towel dryer is stored for 5 working days, taking into account the day of receipt of the shipment at the branch. Please note that in case of expiration of the storage period of the towel dryer in the warehouse of transport companies, the re-sending of the towel dryer is carried out at the expense of the buyer.

☑️ Cash settlement: This payment method is possible only for pickup. Payment is made exclusively in the national currency.
☑️ Cash on Delivery: You can pay for your selected products upon receipt at the representative offices of the "Nova Poshta" transport company in your city.
☑️ Online payment on the website (Visa and MasterCard);
☑️ Cashless payment to the account of the company "KOSSER": According to this payment method, the bank commission is 3 hryvnias through the terminal and 1% at the cash desk of the "Privatbank" branch ". Payment is made as follows: after placing the order, the company manager will send you an invoice. For legal entities, a package of all necessary documents is provided together with the product.
