Consent to the processing of personal data of the user of this site.

I, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” dated 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI (with appropriate amendments and additions), by this agreement I grant permission to UTK LLC, the company KOSSER (hereinafter referred to as the Owner) for processing , use and storage of my personal data collected through this site (hereinafter referred to as the site) in the ways determined by the legislation of Ukraine and this Agreement.

Transmitted personal data, namely: Name, phone number, e-mail, confirming my identification, using the information and telecommunication system of the Owner’s personal data, in order to: improve the operation of the site; increasing the convenience and efficiency of my work with the site; providing solutions and services that best suit my needs; determining my preferences; display of advertisements (behavioral advertising); providing targeted information about the solutions and services of the Owner and its partners; providing me with targeted advertising based on my preferences/actions on the Site using Facebook, Instagram services, ensuring the technical ability of the Site to function; fulfilling the requirements of legislation on the protection of consumer rights, in accordance with: the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Economic Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine “On Advertising”, the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” and other laws and by-laws, solely for the exercise of powers, determined by laws and on the basis of the consent of the subject of personal data.

By clicking the “send” button on the Owner’s Website, the user (individual, subject of personal data) hereby provides my unconditional consent to the collection and processing of personal data in accordance with the conditions below.
This Consent is valid for the further use of the user’s personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” dated 01.06.2010, No. 2297-VI.
By clicking the “Submit” button, I confirm that I have been notified and agree to the following:

• The Owner processes the User’s personal data by any appropriate means in order to properly provide services to the latter (identification, authentication, authorization, password recovery, sending information materials with the user’s consent, responding to requests and letters from the user, leaving feedback on the quality of the Owner’s service, receiving advertising and special proposals, other information about the owner’s activities).
• The processing of personal data should be understood as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, clarification (updating, changing), use, distribution (including transfer to third parties), depersonalization, destruction and other actions (operations) with personal data. I undertake, in the event of a change in my previously provided personal data, to send updated information as soon as possible.
• The Owner includes user data from the moment the User first provides (sends) his personal data to the owner by filling out a registration form or order form on the Owner’s Website.
• The owner of the database does not inform the subject of personal data about the transfer of his personal data in cases provided for by the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”.
• At the time the User uses the Site, codes of Internet resources of third parties may be present, as a result of which such third parties receive the personal data specified in paragraph 2 of this Agreement. Such third party Internet resources are:

1. systems for collecting statistics on website visits (for example, Google Analytics and others);
2. social plugins (blocks) of social networks (for example, Facebook and others);
3. banner display systems;
4. other resources.

Before providing this consent, I am familiar with my rights provided for by Law No. 2297-VI of June 01, 2010, namely that I have the right:

• know about the sources of collection, the location of your personal data, the purposes of their processing, the location and/or place of residence (stay) of the owner or manager of personal data or give appropriate instructions to receive this information to persons authorized by me, except in cases established by law;
• receive information about the conditions for providing access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom my personal data is transferred;
• to access your personal data;
• receive no later than 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided for by law, a response regarding whether my personal data is being processed, as well as receive the content of such personal data;
• present a reasoned demand to the owner of personal data with an objection to the processing of their personal data;
• make a reasoned request to change or destroy your personal data by any owner and manager of personal data if this data is processed illegally or is unreliable;
• to protect your personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to deliberate concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision, as well as protection from the provision of information that is unreliable or discredits the honor, dignity and business reputation of an individual;
• file complaints about the processing of your personal data with government bodies and officials, the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights or the court;
• apply legal remedies in case of violation of laws on the protection of personal data;
• introduce clauses restricting the right to process your personal data when providing consent;
• withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
• know the mechanism for automatic processing of personal data;
• to be protected from an automated decision that has legal consequences for me.

By confirming the submission of my personal data on the page of the Owner’s website, I also confirm that I have been notified of the inclusion of information about me in the personal data database for the above purpose, of my rights defined by the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data,” as well as of the persons to whom my the data is transmitted to fulfill the above purpose.
Processing and storage period: the processing and storage of my personal data is carried out for the entire period necessary to achieve the purposes specified in paragraph 2 of this Agreement and the purposes of processing such data. Personal data may be destroyed upon expiration of the storage period or in cases provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine. The storage of personal data will be carried out by the Owner at its location.
This Consent comes into force from the moment it is provided by me.
